Once upon a time, a small group of women met in a research group and discovered they had something in common. They'd all spent their lives struggling with their weight. Existing weight loss programmes just weren't giving the answers. So, being "can do" kind of people, they decided to do something about it. Something that worked with the mind as well as the body. Something that gave real results. In short, a real change. That something became LighterLife. That was over 20 years ago and owner/counsellors Richard and Katrina Tansley are proud to announce the availability of the LighterLife Way from their latest practice in Navan.
