Lár na Tíre

Lár na Tíre Kettlebell Club aims to promote and develop the sport side of kettlebells in the Laois area. We focus on the sport (Girvoy Sport) side of kettlebells rather than the fitness side with the aim of helping and encouraging each other to be the best lifters we can be. We are a not for profit club with all training frees etc put straight back into the club. We welcome all ages whether they be experienced lifters or first timers.
