Jump Start Fitness & Performing Arts Academy

My name is Tina Drein Higgins and ever since I was a child I have been involved in dance and drama partaking in various theatre productions in An Grianan Theatre. I love performing with the Pantomime and Letterkenny Music and Drama Society. I choreograph and assist with the kids and adults with the Pantomime society. For over 10 years I have been choreographing and teaching dance to kids and teenagers across the Northwest and Northern Ireland. I worked as a youth worker with Donegal Youth Service and I partook in crossborder dance projects and taught dance and drama on a regular basis. I taught drama under Helen O Grady Drama Academy across the north west. I teach Zumba in Motiv8 Fitness Letterkenny and Zumbatomic kids classes in schools. I absolutely love working with kids as I find it so rewarding. There is alot of emphasis at the moment on adult fitness and nutrition so I am going to concentrate on kids fitness and also some performing arts. As part of my program I will be teaching dance, fit kids bootcamps , arts & crafts camps, walking clubs and healthy eating programs and alot more.
