Heart ER Ambulance Service

Our aim is to provide the best care and service to our patients and to their Health Providers. We do this by having highly skilled and trained staff, who provide the very best care to the patient, during their time in our care.

Our Ambulances are up to date, modern and maintained to a high standard and our drivers and staff are also fully trained to the latest standards required. Àll our ambulances are CEN Complient and in accordance with National standards. All our staff are Garda vetted and registered practitioners with the
Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council.

At HEART ER the management strive to ensure patients whilst in our care are treated with the utmost respect and that their confidentiality and dignity is maintained throughout. HEART ER treats patients with courtesy, respect and we maintain a pleasant and polite attitude towards all patients. We call patients by their first name and treat them with the respect and empathy that they would expect from any professional organization.

All staff in HEART ER are inducted into HEART ER and trained in the highest standards to meet the ethos and mission of HEART ER Ambulance Service.
