Hi I'm AIsling Connor from Galway. I am 21 years old. I am a strength and conditioning coach. I am a 3rd year in the Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT)..

From playing sport and living a healthy lifestyle I choose to take the path into strength and conditioning so that I can learn more and more about sports, fitness and health.

I have a great interest in health, fitness, performance and well-being. I truly believe that a healthy mind, is a healthy body.

I am here to help anyone with any questions/problems that they might have if it is fitness, mobility/flexability issues, nutrition, resistance training and much more.
