Fiona has been involved in sport from a very early age. She has tried everything from Football and Swimming to Amercian Flag Football and Softball.

In later years athletics came out on top. Fiona is a middle distance athlete, the 800m being her main event. She has represented Ireland in both track and cross country and has numerous national medals.
In 2001 Fiona was awarded a scholarship to the United States where she received a BA in Health and Physical Education.

Since returning home to Ireland Fiona has pursued her fitness career and has received qualifications in personal training, athletics and gaelic football coaching and kettlebell instructor.

Fiona is extremely passionate about health and fitness. She is motivated to share her knowledge and expertise with everyone. She is dedicated to athletics and this carries over into her lifestyle and work.
