Classes start on Mondays in the pool with wide range of activities from aqua aerobics aqua jogging and many more. On Wednesdays we get get everyone on their toes with a variety of dances ranging from Zumba to Folk. Fridays we take a step back to unwind from the hectic week with relaxation classes to set us up for a fun filled weekend.
