El Matador

As Year 3 students of Shannon College of Hotel Management we have been assigned the task to both market and run a Spanish themed pop-up restaurant for one night only on the grounds of Shannon College. While keeping with traditional Spanish ingredients we have managed to put a modern twist into the 3 course menu which includes carefully selected wines from popular Spanish regions.
