I have personal experience on how food can be your Best Friend or your Worst Enemy. I have come from a place of feeling tired all the time, having zero energy, very low mood and a general lack of interest in life. And all this at the hands of food and a poor diet.

My life has turned around dramatically by changing my eating habits, learning about what foods I need to avoid and how to eat well for my health. I have my life back!
