I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist (ITEC) offering Sports Massage, Sports Injury treatments as well as Holistic and Swedish Massage treatments. I am working from home but also do call outs if requested (covering Leitrim and bordering counties).

Sports Massage treatments include techniques such as: Soft Tissue Release, Neuromuscular techniques, Muscle Energy techniques, Positional Release, Myofascial Release, Connective Tissue Massage, Thermo and Cryotherapy.
I also do sports taping and strapping.

I am a member of the Irish Massage Therapists Association.
