The Traditional Practice of Yoga coming from the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-Devananda. Classes are available for all levels of practice, from the very beginner to the very advanced student. Individual and Yoga Therapy classes are also available. Yoga Therapy are classes modified for anyone with particular health problems, injuries or disabilities. There are also gentle Yoga classes for older people.
