Dalkey Pilates is a mixed level group Pilates class on Tuesday mornings. Classes run in 6 week blocks depending on demand. Classes take place at Santosha Yoga Studio on Castle Street in Dalkey. It's about functional movement, spine health and full body strengthening to not only prevent injury and reduce the onset of pain, but to evenly develop beautiful muscle tone and definition, gain flexibility and promote better posture in a positive, safe and empowering environment.
