Couch 2 5k

Couch to 5k Wexford. Our 8 week program is designed for people with little to no running experience, but would like to be able to get to the point of being able to run 5k.
We would be meeting twice weekly in a group in your area, you will be taken through a warm up, brought out on the road for a run/walk, building up weekly, back for a cool down and stretch. I would be talking you through proper running form, which helps to avoid injury.
On starting the program you will get a drawstring bag, a buff, and high-viz jacket. On completion of the 8 week program, we will run a 5k together, and you will be presented with a finishers certificate and RunWexford medal.
Total cost for all is just €80.
