My name is Bridget Finnegan, and I am a qualified educational psychologist located in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. I offer private psychological services for children, adolescents and adults in Monaghan, Louth, Cavan, Meath, Northern Ireland and all surrounding areas. My services include:

Full or review cognitive assessments
Evaluation of performance in literacy and numeracy
Study Skills courses
Assessment for Dyslexia and Dyscalculia (children, adolescents and adults)
Up-to-date psycho-educational assessments and reports required for applications for exemptions from Irish, reasonable accommodations for the Junior and Leaving Certificate examinations (R.A.C.E. applications), or the disability access route to 3rd level education courses (D.A.R.E. applications)
Screening for children at risk of behavioural and emotional difficulties (e.g. ADHD)
Screening for Autistic Spectrum Disorder
Assessment and consultancy for gifted students

In addition to my Masters in Educational Psychology (1st class honours), I have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1st class honours), and a Masters in Atypical Child Development (1st class honours).
