Bounce Back Injury and Performance Clinic

My role as athletic trainer and sports rehabilitator involves the comprehensive assessment of musculoskeletal injuries and movement dysfunctions while using a variety of evidence based treatment techniques such as soft tissue and articular manual therapy, electrotherapy, massage and taping to accelerate and aid recovery. I create individualized rehabilitation programmes for athletes and sedentary populations as well as providing biomechanical assessments, strength and conditioning coaching and pitch side care for training sessions and games.
