Bolands New Ross is a family owned business founded in 1923 when Andrew Boland - General Merchant, Whitechurch, New Ross, Co. Wexford purchased one Ford Model T lorry and one Ford Model T car.
In 1948 Andrew Boland's sons, John and James, commenced selling second-hand cars from the family premises at Whitechurch. New and used car sales expanded and in 1965 the Boland brothers opened a filling station in New Ross town. Within twelve months, they secured a Ford dealership for this premises, allowing them to expand into commercial vehicle sales for the first time.
The showrooms which are situated on the Waterford Road in New Ross are modern, spacious and display the full range of Ford vehicles. The workshops and VTN centre are equipped with the latest technology. The team were recently awarded the Ford Chairman’s Award for Customer Care and Service.
