Would you like to learn how to use reflexology on your baby safely and effectively? My name is Karen O Toole and I run weekly workshops on how to learn simple, effective reflexology techniques to help ease common ailments in babies first year such as colic, reflux, constipation, sleep & teething. Classes are baby centred and very relaxed. You will receive “Baby Reflex” mini cards to keep in your wallet and written guidance to use at home.
