The wellness circle offers onsite massage & wellness day services for company staff helping them feel deeply relaxed & focused for the day.

I also run deeply bonding baby massage classes. As a first time mum, during what seems like a haze in the early weeks, baby massage allowed me to truly connect and to enjoy the precious moments of getting to know my baby's body language more. It boosted my parenting confidence and just allowed me to enjoy the precious moments more!

Passionate about health and well being & hope to share this with you! I love the world of therapies and i'm always trying new treatments and enhancing my offering. Massage therapy has a natural way of allowing the body to slow down and to reconnect with the mind. You know that wonderful feeling after a massage?

Fully Certified baby massage teacher (C.I.M.I) & Massage therapist (ITEC). Bringing over 12 years experience including my roles as Regional Officer for I.M.T.A (Irish Massage therapist Assoc) & Baby Massage Ireland. Experienced massage therapies from all over the world & bringing a touch of this to my offering. Use only natural and high quality oils.
