Player Development Programme

The weekly academy is our core player development programme and provides the ideal platform for young players to improve their skills and develop their game with highly qualified and experienced football coaches.

The academy follows a holistic approach to player development by providing each player with age specific technical, tactical & physical coaching, first class training facilities and an extensive support programme on and off the training field in partnership with Ajax Online Academy.

The aim of the academy is to develop confident, creative and technically skilled football players aged 6-14 years old. Our goal is also to maximise potential by allowing players the freedom to express themselves without the fear of failure.
